BE PRO NAILS online store makes your shopping experience easy, fast, and simple.
Place your order, and we’ll deliver it to you within 1–4 working days anywhere in the Netherlands.
Your receipt or invoice will be sent to your email once your purchase is complete.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products (such as cosmetics or nail materials) cannot be returned.
Items with opened or damaged packaging also cannot be refunded or exchanged.
The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
You must return the item within 14 days after sending your cancellation notice.
Once we receive and check the returned item, we’ll issue a refund within 14 days, using the same payment method as your purchase.
If your order included a free gift, please return it together with the product. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
The seller may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received and inspected.

When you receive your order, please check that the right products, types, and quantities have arrived, and that nothing is damaged.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging if you wish to return them.
Please read and follow the product instructions carefully. We can’t replace or refund items used incorrectly.
If you receive the wrong item, we’ll cover the return and send the correct one within 3 working days.
If your order was damaged during delivery, please email us with your order number, photos of the package and product, and a short description of the issue.
After reviewing the information and the returned product, we’ll decide whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
